With runes, Vikings recorded their history, communicated with each other and even practised magic. One of the most fascinating aspects of Viking culture is their use of runes. That's all they do alone. If you’re a fan of Vikings, Norse mythology or just cool ancient stuff in general, then you’ll want to learn more about runes. Much like how a single runic spell does nothing.įire, blood, and wind sigils all warm anyone inside of them and cold sigil does the opposite. Sigils on the other hand, do (almost) nothing on their own. Lighting gets more damage, armor gets more protective stats, trap gets bonus decay damage, runic sword gets the blessed blade enchant (not to be confused with lightning) and greatsword gets greater decay enchant, and heal should heal more. Then with runic prefix things get even stronger. Rune trap becomes a trap that you can also self detonate for more damage than the automatic detonation (and you can self detonate alongside the auto bomb to double up too) Rune lanterns becomes a conduit for you to cast runic lightning. Rune armor becomes a runic heal by consuming the buff and healing 20+ 2per second for ten seconds if not more. Rune magic is self contained combos sadly, but in itself there are already 7 or so spells you can use when fully upgraded. Wind sigil only exists to be combined with other spells cast in it's ring or vicinity (and also guns) I already told you the two lighting magic effects plus the one other lighting bullet attack it has. No, I'm saying that the wind sigil doesn't boost anything.
